Steve Gomo
Former CFO, NetApp
Steve Gomo has served as a member of our board of directors since March 2011 and as our chair of the board since October 2022. From 2002 to 2011, Mr. Gomo was at NetApp, a leading provider of innovative storage and data management solutions. He was a senior vice president and chief financial officer of NetApp from 2002 to 2004, and in 2004, he was appointed executive vice president and chief financial officer. From 2000 to 2002, he served as chief financial officer for Gemplus International, a smart card provider, following its acquisition by Texas Pacific Group. In 2000, Mr. Gomo was chief financial officer of Asera, Inc., an internet solutions company focused on creating software for order and supply chain management in the business-to-business chain. From 1998 to 2000, he was senior vice president and chief financial officer of Silicon Graphics. Mr. Gomo began his career with Hewlett-Packard in 1974 and held various positions in finance, financial management, manufacturing, and general management, with his last position being general manager of the San Diego Division from 1993 to 1998.
In addition to serving on Enphase Energy's board of directors, Mr. Gomo currently serves on the board of directors of Micron Technology, Inc. and Nutanix, Inc. He holds a Bachelor's degree in business administration from Oregon State University and an M.B.A. in finance from Santa Clara University.
